Marketing Operations Manager (HubSpot)

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to drive qualified pipeline for a B2B technology company. This full‑time remote position focuses on HubSpot administration, lead lifecycle management, and conversion tracking to align marketing activities with revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting account‑based programs.
• Own end‑to‑end conversion tracking, including UTM governance, GA4, HubSpot ad integration, and offline‑conversion import.
• Administer HubSpot Marketing Hub: properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, routing, forms, and integrations.
• Maintain database health, deduplication, enrichment, GDPR and CAN‑SPAM compliance.
• Produce marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced pipeline and revenue reports for leadership.
• Plan and execute email calendar, webinars, trade‑show lead capture, and industry surveys.

Required profile

• Experience as primary HubSpot Marketing Hub administrator in a B2B demand‑generation environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing toward down‑funnel outcomes.
• Strong data discipline, clean segmentation, and knowledge of email deliverability metrics.
• Proven ability to own a pipeline number and defend budget decisions with data.
• Prior remote work experience with US or UK‑based teams.
