Marketing Operations Associate – North America (HOKA)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to support the HOKA North America Integrated Marketing team. In this remote position you will help keep the brand’s marketing operations running smoothly, ensuring timely project delivery and effective collaboration across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, templates and recaps, coordinating cross‑functional tasks.
• Create and update reporting dashboards; organize documents for monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual reporting requests.
• Gather and structure North America‑specific seasonal information for inclusion in communications.
• Administer SharePoint, Asana, deck templates and other operational tools.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling and follow‑up activities for the Integrated Marketing team.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with event and promotion execution as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of marketing experience; footwear or fitness industry background is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who works well in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
