Marketing Manager – Western Region (Los Angeles)

About the role

Ferrari is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing activities for its dealer network across the Western United States. Based in Los Angeles, you will ensure dealer marketing strategies align with Ferrari North America’s vision and sales objectives while representing the brand with the highest level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend quarterly dealer visits with the Regional Manager and Aftersales Business Manager.
• Serve as the primary Ferrari marketing representative for assigned dealers.
• Develop and monitor dealer marketing initiatives, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing consultancy.
• Coordinate distribution of Ferrari North America communications and act as the liaison for dealer inquiries.
• Oversee sponsor partner integration for dealer and national events.
• Manage the Ferrari Contact Plan, Concierge, and Support processes.
• Ensure compliance with Ferrari corporate identity and marketing guidelines.
• Support dealer training on marketing systems, including CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive or luxury brand marketing, preferably with dealer networks.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and sales alignment.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to guide dealers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet performance targets.
