Marketing Manager – Marine & Repair Industry

About the role

C&C Marine & Repair is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to shape the company’s brand narrative within the inland marine sector. You will own the storytelling, from press releases to event execution, while producing compelling visual content that showcases our shipyard and vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and distribute press releases highlighting contracts, deliveries, milestones and leadership news.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade publications, maritime journalists and industry media.
• Manage C&C’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, creating and scheduling content, tracking metrics and engaging the community.
• Capture professional photos and videos of vessels, projects and shipyard activity; edit short‑form reels, promotional clips and longer‑form videos for web and recruiting use.
• Create graphics, branded materials and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Plan, organize and execute events such as vessel christenings, ribbon cuttings, customer visits, employee appreciation gatherings and trade shows, handling all logistics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with ownership of social media, communications or content programs.
• Proven ability to write press releases and secure media coverage.
• Experience planning and executing professional events of varying scale.
• Strong photography and videography skills, including familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile capture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on industrial environment.
