Marketing Manager

About the role

SunPower is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across social media, content, reputation management, events, campaigns, and operations. This hands‑on role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver consistent, engaging programs that support brand reputation and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and projects from concept through completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars, overseeing creation, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to produce brand‑aligned content for customers, sales reps, and recruiting audiences.
• Monitor and manage SunPower’s online reputation on platforms such as BBB, Google, and social media, handling complaints and resolutions.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing operations, including budgets, calendars, promotional materials, events, and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer complaints professionally and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and traveling up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with social media, content coordination, events, reputation management, or marketing operations.
• Proficiency with common marketing, project management, and productivity tools.
