Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager at Balance, you will translate strategy into execution across campaigns, content, and product storytelling. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing, the Director of Product Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑quality marketing content such as landing pages, blogs, and reports, and oversee social media content that reinforces product positioning.
• Own and continuously improve the website as a core growth channel, collaborating with product, design, and demand‑gen teams to launch new pages and optimize conversion.
• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns across the funnel, from event promotions to lifecycle nurture sequences.
• Lead end‑to‑end field‑marketing initiatives, including industry events, trade shows, and hosted experiences, partnering with sales to maximize pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or high‑growth startups.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to take ideas from concept to launch quickly.
• Self‑starter with ownership mentality, able to identify gaps, set direction, and execute independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native‑level English.
• Experience owning or supporting field‑marketing and event programs.

Required skills

• High fluency in AI tools for marketing execution, including Claude Code.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT and other generative AI tools.
