Marketing Manager, Gaming Events (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

ReedPop is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its PAX gaming events portfolio. You will shape integrated, data‑driven campaigns that attract new fans while deepening engagement with existing communities, working in a hybrid or fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategy, positioning and communications for PAX West, East and Unplugged.
• Lead the internal marketing team, external PR partners and vendors.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns focused on acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Maintain a year‑round, multi‑event marketing and communications calendar.
• Track, analyze and report on performance metrics and ROI.
• Translate audience research into effective digital content.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing and cost centers for each event.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery of all marketing assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering marketing for consumer brands, events or comparable audiences.
• Track record of running targeted, high‑return advertising campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally several times per year, including occasional weekends.
