Marketing Manager – Active Adult

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance Greystar’s brand presence, support client objectives, and drive property performance across the active‑adult portfolio. This remote‑based position reports to senior leadership and collaborates closely with onsite and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams, managing portfolio‑specific marketing programs.
• Define and execute brand strategy, advertising, sales, and development presentations to meet business and financial goals.
• Oversee Greystar brand consistency, digital asset transfers, and social channel updates for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Project‑manage community‑specific digital assets, collateral, websites, and reporting materials.
• Provide ORM and social media oversight, budget recommendations, and vendor management.
• Supervise photography projects and maintain a centralized photo library.
• Conduct training sessions and monthly touchpoints with operations to align marketing goals.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of corporate‑level marketing experience in property management or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% annually and be based in Texas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Strong experience developing and implementing brand strategies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
