Marketing Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, deliverables and timelines across multiple client accounts.
• Support the creation and maintenance of campaign calendars, briefs and project documentation.
• Work with internal teams to ensure tasks, deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated.
• Assist with preparing client reports, presentations and campaign updates.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding actions or approvals.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, administration or a related role.
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and following up on deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project‑management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of common digital‑marketing channels (SEO, paid media, email, social media).
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing analytics.
