Marketing Coordinator – Central Region

About the role

Mungo Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its Central Region team. The role can be based in either Greenville, SC or Charlotte, NC and will work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to execute community‑level initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate signage production and installation with vendors for communities, models, and events.
• Maintain market home inventory on the website and perform regular website updates.
• Arrange professional photography for communities, amenities, and local points of interest.
• Plan, attend, and support community events and New Home Advisor activities.
• Audit community signage, sales centers, and website for brand consistency.
• Serve as liaison between sales management and shared services for email campaigns and promotional collateral.
• Order and manage inventory of branded promotional items and create flyers, information sheets, and other marketing materials.
• Introduce Basecamp and the Marketing Guidebook to New Home Advisors.
• Prepare Parade of Homes entries and assist the Regional Marketing Manager with meeting preparation.
• Travel regularly across the applicable markets and act as a bridge to the shared‑service marketing team.

Required profile

• High energy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1‑2 years of related administrative experience.
• Building‑industry experience is a plus.
