Marketing Coordinator, Brand Partnerships

About the role

Zappos is looking for a collaborative, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to drive co‑op marketing initiatives with key vendor partners. You will help execute brand‑funded campaigns that boost revenue, enhance brand equity, and deepen partnership relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch brand‑funded marketing campaigns that align with partner and platform objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication and manage co‑op marketing placements across internal teams.
• Lead the co‑op marketing recap process, delivering timely performance results to partners.
• Create and maintain brand proposals and pitching tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel (macros, charts, pivot tables) or Tableau for data manipulation.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
