About the role
Zest AI is looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate to join its Content Marketing and Communications team. The role will support digital content creation, social media execution, and internal messaging coordination, helping to amplify Zest AI’s voice in the fintech and AI space.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing the social media strategy, including drafting, editing, and scheduling LinkedIn posts.
- Coordinate content and campaign timelines between the Marketing and Communications teams.
- Collaborate with designers to develop graphics and short‑form video concepts that complement written content.
- Monitor social media performance, compile engagement metrics, and provide insight reports.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content ideas.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for fintech and AI.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
