About the role
The Marketing and Outreach Assistant will generate excitement and drive leasing traffic for a 2027 lease‑up community. You will represent the property at student hangouts, events, and campus locations to attract prospective renters.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with leasing prospects to discuss community features and housing needs.
- Distribute literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student venues.
- Attend housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, and high‑traffic on‑campus locations to market the community.
- Represent the property at student hangouts and large campus events.
