About the role
The D’Amore‑McKim School of Business at Northeastern University seeks a distinguished scholar to hold the Mark and Gail Pyke Professor of Finance Professorship, beginning Fall 2026. This senior faculty position will enhance the school’s reputation in finance through high‑impact research and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead initiatives that raise the school’s scholarly profile in corporate finance, investment, fintech, AI in finance, and sustainable finance.
- Promote the visibility and prestige of the Finance faculty and foster collaborations with business executives, policymakers, and peer institutions.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to curriculum development for global student populations.
Required profile
- Doctorate in Finance or a closely related field by the start date.
- Internationally recognized research record with evidence of ongoing scholarly productivity.
- Commitment to collegiality, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
