Manufacturing Technician II – Weekend Shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician II you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. The position is on a weekend shift and supports the production of advanced semiconductor and display technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies using work orders, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs under moderate supervision.
• Receive parts, conduct audits, inspect for defects and improve processes.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Complete required documentation, including data entry, labor details and, when needed, computer programming, software installs or repairs.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, work in tight spaces and handle clean‑room PPE.

Required skills

• Electro‑mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Use of electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Basic hand‑tool proficiency.
• Computer programming or software installation for equipment.
