Manufacturing Technician II – Weekend Shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician II you will work hands‑on in a clean‑room environment building, repairing, and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. The position is on a weekend shift and supports the development of advanced semiconductor and display technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to build, repair, and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs under moderate supervision.
• Receive parts, conduct audits, inspect for defects, and improve processes.
• Utilize test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Complete required documentation, including data entry, labor details, and, when needed, computer programming, repairs, or software installations.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
