Manufacturing Technician II – 2nd Weekend Shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician II on the 2nd weekend shift, you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. The role supports the production of advanced semiconductor and display technologies that power AI and next‑generation chips.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists to assemble, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot issues, correct errors and document results.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assembly performance.
• Enter progress, labor and expense data into the computer system and may perform software or programming updates.
• Receive parts, audit inventories, inspect for defects and ensure all necessary components are available for work.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with ability to apply scientific methods to routine tasks.
• Understanding of how the manufacturing team integrates with other functions.
• No supervisory responsibilities; works independently within established procedures.
