Manufacturing & Engineering Specialist – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing & Engineering Specialist to join our AI Labor Marketplace as a part‑time, remote consultant. You will help build an AI benchmarking framework that measures how well large language models perform real‑world engineering and manufacturing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create expert benchmark responses for a variety of manufacturing and engineering scenarios.
• Develop scoring rubrics that define high‑quality technical reasoning, analysis, and decision‑making.
• Evaluate AI‑generated analyses, reports, and technical documentation against the established benchmarks.
• Assess the accuracy, completeness, technical validity, practicality, and business impact of AI outputs.
• Identify technical inaccuracies, engineering flaws, and operational gaps in AI‑generated work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing, process design, production operations, quality systems, or reliability engineering.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and provide your own tools.
• U.S.‑based experts only; remote work environment.
