Regional Director of Quality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Director of Quality to lead our quality organization across the Americas. This senior leader will shape quality strategy, drive process maturity, and ensure consistent, high‑performance standards across multiple manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for quality across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Lead, develop, and support regional and sub‑regional Quality Managers and engineering staff.
• Set short‑, medium‑, and long‑term quality goals aligned with business and customer priorities.
• Increase process consistency, address system non‑conformances, and raise overall process maturity.
• Strengthen quality systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards regionally.
• Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, commercial, and executive teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and evolve regional quality management systems.
• Monitor quality KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead structured problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, risk reduction, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and a strong quality culture across a geographically dispersed organization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading quality teams across multiple sites or regions.
• Proven success improving quality systems, operational performance, and process maturity.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Americas as needed.
