About the role
As a Managing Consultant in AI-Powered Change Management, you will own the build, sales, and client delivery of an AI-first change management practice for life sciences clients in New York.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and launch an AI-driven adoption platform and AI agents for clients.
- Lead sales efforts and manage client engagements from day one.
- Embed within existing practice teams to deliver real projects.
- Drive P&L ownership and advance to AVP title as the business grows.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of consulting experience, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
- Proven track record of building AI tools and selling consulting work.
- Ability to hold credible conversations with senior client leaders such as CCOs.
Required skills
- Experience with AI tool development (explicitly mentioned as building AI tools).
What we offer
- Base salary between $168,000 and $180,000 per year.
- Annual discretionary performance bonus up to 30%.
