Manager, Strategic Operations

About the role

The Manager, Strategic Operations partners directly with the COO to translate company strategy into disciplined, scalable execution. You will own the internal systems, tools, and workflows that keep teams operating efficiently in a fast‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve operating systems, playbooks, and knowledge‑management frameworks.
• Oversee operational tools and platforms, ensuring consistent access to structured workflows and documentation.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and adoption of new processes and standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day technology operations, including user access, software licensing, and IT infrastructure coordination.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve IT/operational support issues.
• Support financial operations such as budget tracking, expense management, and coordination with accounting partners.
• Assist with leadership communications, board and investor materials, and executive coordination.
• Plan and execute key organizational events, offsites, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Strategic Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar roles within high‑growth startups.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects and drive system adoption.
• Experience with software implementation, change management, and scaling organizations (Series A/B preferred).
• Strong proficiency with knowledge‑management platforms such as Notion.
• Working knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, and expense tools like Ramp.
