Manager – Restructuring & Turnaround Services (Manufacturing)

About the role

Riveron is seeking an experienced manager to lead restructuring and turnaround projects for manufacturing, distribution, and industrial clients. You will work closely with private‑equity sponsors and portfolio companies to assess operations, identify value‑creation opportunities, and drive measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational due‑diligence engagements for buy‑side, sell‑side and carve‑out transactions.
• Assess manufacturing, supply‑chain, procurement, quality, maintenance and distribution functions to uncover risks and growth levers.
• Develop fact‑based value‑creation roadmaps, 100‑day plans and KPI frameworks.
• Support implementation of EBITDA improvement initiatives such as cost optimisation, productivity gains and working‑capital enhancements.
• Translate operational findings into investment‑focused recommendations for C‑suite executives and private‑equity partners.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years in operations consulting, operational due‑diligence or performance improvement within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Prior experience with top‑tier strategy, boutique advisory or Big‑Four firms; exposure to private‑equity engagements preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel as client needs dictate.
