Manager, Product Management – Small Business

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager to lead the Small Business Services portfolio across the Americas. The role will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, drive new revenue streams, and ensure disciplined execution of Commercial New Payment Flows (CNPF) for our SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SME Services strategy for North America, Canada, and Latin America, expanding existing offerings and identifying new monetizable opportunities.
• Design and implement the go‑to‑market approach, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and channel strategy.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Delivery, Studios, Analytics, and account teams to build the services roadmap, pilot solutions, and ensure strong post‑sale execution.
• Embed governance, codify best practices, and create scalable tools and automation to improve portfolio performance.
• Represent SME Services with customers, fintech partners, and internal stakeholders through thought leadership and market‑facing forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategy, go‑to‑market execution, or launching scalable products/services with commercial impact across multi‑market environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives and influence outcomes against ambitious growth targets.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry and Commercial New Payment Flows.
