About the role
Breaktime is seeking a Manager of Training to lead the design, continuous improvement, and delivery of learning initiatives for young adults. This full‑time, hybrid position (minimum three days onsite) reports to senior leadership and works closely with program operations and impact teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, create, and iterate curriculum for the Launchpad and Flight Booster programs.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to align content with industry standards for youth workforce development.
- Ensure curriculum is accessible across virtual, in‑person, and geographic formats.
- Lead and develop the training facilitation team, maintaining operational excellence and compliance.
- Use data and feedback from associates to refine curriculum and measure effectiveness.
- Serve as primary liaison between training, program operations, and impact & evaluation teams.
