Manager of Digital Sales, Key Accounts

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager of Digital Sales, Key Accounts to lead the adoption of its MARLO platform across major accounts in the U.S. West Region. This remote position will combine strategic account engagement with hands‑on project management to expand MARLO’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with key decision‑makers at target accounts to secure commitment for MARLO onboarding.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person meetings with C‑suite stakeholders, presenting MARLO’s value proposition and product features.
• Achieve activation and utilization quotas for MARLO across Quadrants 1‑4, contributing to a predetermined share of incentive compensation.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Key Account, Practice Solution, and regional teams to drive coordinated sales efforts.
• Design, implement, and manage onboarding plans, providing project‑management support to ensure successful deployment.
• Track onboarding progress, maintain ongoing relationships, and deliver continuous support to maximize utilization.
• Participate in relevant industry conferences to represent MARLO and engage prospects.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management and coordination skills.
• Experience driving digital product adoption within key accounts.
