About the role

The Manager, Major League Operations supports the planning, coordination, and execution of player and family travel, while overseeing player administration and team travel services for the Colorado Rockies. Reporting to the Senior Director, Major League Operations, this role ensures seamless logistics and a high level of service both at home and on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of player and staff travel, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Resolve travel disruptions, scheduling changes, and special accommodations in real time.
• Oversee spring‑training and in‑season player housing processes and create master travel manifests.
• Ensure all required travel documentation for domestic and international trips is secured.
• Maintain accurate travel records in line with organizational policies and league requirements.
• Support the family and spouses program, handling travel logistics, communications, and events.
• Build relationships with players’ families to identify needs and enhance engagement.
• Manage logistics for family‑related events throughout the season and postseason.
• Serve as a trusted resource for players and families navigating relocation and travel matters.
