Manager, Inbound & XDR Performance

About the role

ClickUp is looking for a Manager, Inbound & XDR Performance to own and drive enablement programs for its Commercial and XDR sales teams. You will design coaching playbooks, renewal and expansion frameworks, and prospecting guides while continuously improving core processes with data, AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, deconstruct and rebuild Commercial and XDR processes, replacing legacy workflows with data‑informed, AI‑driven solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end enablement programs, from intake and scoping through delivery, activation and measurement.
• Partner with functional leadership to define performance gaps, design programs and set measurable outcomes.
• Create and customize playbooks, deal frameworks and renewal/expansion guides tailored to each motion’s volume and velocity.
• Deliver FLM activation content that equips managers to coach effectively in weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales enablement, content strategy or product marketing at a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of building programs that change seller behavior at scale.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• AI fluency and comfort using data‑driven insights from CRM and performance dashboards.
