Manager, IFM Analytics & Reporting

About the role

The Manager, Analytics & Reporting on the Individual & Family Markets (IFM) Performance & Sales Analytics team delivers insights and reporting that drive financial, sales and operational performance. The role leads monthly financial reporting, including analysis of key business results, performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities, and acts as a strategic partner to business leaders by turning complex data into actionable recommendations. It is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Key responsibilities

• Claims trend analysis and dashboard reporting
• Telesales call and application forecasting
• Call center performance reporting and ad hoc claims analytics
• Performance management support
• Oversee telesales invoice validation and accrual development, supporting accurate financial reporting and vendor management
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, prioritization and oversight
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial and IFM leadership to improve analytics capabilities and reporting processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in data/analytics, healthcare network/reimbursement or management consulting, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years in health care / health insurance
• 1 year of management or leadership experience
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable with large datasets and with presenting them clearly
• Strategic thinker with business acumen, articulate communicator to executives, and able to manage complex priorities in an ambiguous environment
• Preferred: experience with health plan reimbursement, managing a data/analytics team, and a background in the healthcare industry (payor, provider, pharmacy)

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Preferred: data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

What we offer

• Base pay range of $102,000 to $184,300, varying with skills, experience and location
