Manager, Content Partnerships Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Content Partnerships Marketing leads the development and execution of marketing strategies that support LeapSpace’s content partner ecosystem. Working across Product, Global Communications, Legal, Sales and Marketing, you will translate partner relationships into compelling customer value and scalable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing plans for content partners, aligning with product road‑maps and business goals.
• Maintain partner‑related messaging frameworks and ensure consistent market positioning.
• Create messaging kits, customer‑facing narratives and enablement materials for Marketing, Sales, ACE and Field teams.
• Coordinate partner marketing approvals, co‑marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
• Ensure all partner‑related activities are contractually compliant and commercially effective.
• Act as the central liaison between product and commercial teams to keep messaging current as partnerships evolve.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B marketing programs in a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clear, consistent messaging.
• Ability to navigate complex partner relationships and drive alignment across multiple teams.
