Manager, Cash Operations

About the role

The Manager, Cash Operations leads the District Cash Operations team, ensuring consistent performance, operational excellence, and compliance with established controls. This role balances strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational guidance, supporting both staff and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Cash Office staff by setting expectations, coaching, and handling complex operational matters.
• Drive data‑informed decision‑making through quantitative and qualitative analyses, statistical modeling, and financial data interpretation.
• Strengthen operational excellence and compliance by assessing controls, improving procedures, and preparing audit documentation.
• Guide strategic planning and resource management, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessments.
• Lead and collaborate on district and system initiatives, documenting remediation efforts and implementing approved controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in operational or production environments.
• Knowledge of audit, control, compliance practices, and familiarity with accounting principles and budgeting.
• Experience applying project‑management approaches to organize work and drive improvements.
• Technical proficiency in operational data analysis and interpreting complex financial or production information.
