Manager - Capacity Management & Access Analytics

About the role

This role leads the Capacity Management & Access Analytics team, improving provider scheduling capacity, patient access, workflow performance, and operational efficiency. It partners with clinical, operational, and information system leaders to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee provider capacity management, patient access performance, and operational analytics to enhance scheduling efficiency and organizational outcomes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Provide strategic insights, forecasting, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and standardize operational procedures, documentation, and training materials.
• Lead or support initiatives involving provider scheduling optimization, automation, AI‑enabled technologies, and digital transformation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, establishing performance expectations and fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or related areas, with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage change.
