Manager, BizOps

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, BizOps to lead the Business Operations (Biz Ops) team as a Site Reliability Engineer. You will act as the production‑readiness steward for Mastercard products, ensuring platform stability, health, and resilience while partnering closely with developers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full service lifecycle from design through deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive automation, capacity planning, and monitoring to create fault‑tolerant, scalable products.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed operational design and CI/CD best practices.
• Analyze ITSM activities, provide feedback loops, and support proactive risk management.
• Facilitate an agile, learning culture and standardize support processes across environments.

Required profile

• Problem‑solver with a strong desire to automate manual tasks.
• Experience in shifting left, integrating operational concerns early in the development cycle.
• Ability to understand business impact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
