About the role

This full‑time, field‑based Medical Assistant position supports seniors and families across Tennessee by delivering preventive care directly in patients' homes. You will work independently, traveling daily to conduct wellness visits and build meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well‑Child Visits.
  • Focus on preventive care, document visits using modern EMR tools, and support seniors to stay healthier and independent.

Required profile

  • 1+ year of hands‑on Medical Assistant experience and a valid certification or diploma.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel statewide throughout Tennessee.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) charting.
  • Medical Assistant certification or equivalent qualification.
