About the role

Landmark Hospitality seeks an experienced Maître D' to lead private dining and banquet operations at The Albion Summit Hotel. The role combines service orchestration, client liaison, and event management.

Key responsibilities

Orchestrate service during private dining functions and supervise banquet staff.
Plan, design, and produce events, managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
Meet with potential clients, provide venue information, and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market research, gather information, and provide periodic reports to management.

Required profile

Proven event management experience with an impressive portfolio of previously managed events.
Excellent time management, communication, and sales skills.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Required skills

MS Office proficiency
Experience with catering software programs
