Maintenance Technician - The Henley

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures the physical aspects of The Henley property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports both resident service requests and preventative upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by cleaning, pressure‑washing, trash removal, and minor painting tasks.
• Document service requests accurately and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.

Required profile

• Adherence to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, including OSHA training and incident reporting.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart when required.

Required skills

• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• All state and local certifications required for service technicians.
