Maintenance Technician – Station A

About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move‑ins, including pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
