Maintenance Technician – Seacrest Property

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Seacrest community in San Clemente. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, repairs and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and maintain up‑to‑date paperwork.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Availability for weekend shifts and on‑call duties, with typical hours of 9 am‑6 pm.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount.
