Maintenance Technician – Santa Monica Collection

About the role
This full‑time position ensures that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the Santa Monica Collection meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. The technician responds to resident service requests, performs preventative maintenance and resolves mechanical issues across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute appropriate repairs.
- Provide weekend coverage and be available for on‑call emergencies.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in new‑construction environments.
- Availability to work weekends and respond to on‑call situations.
- HVAC Universal Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as HappyCo and Yardi Voyager is a plus.
