Maintenance Technician – Rock Star

About the role

Peak Management is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join the team at The Ridges of Cascade, a 230‑plus unit property. The successful candidate will deliver above‑standard service to residents while handling a variety of technical, HVAC, and electronic maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across the property, including HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and plumbing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to address after‑hours service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies.

Required profile

• Prior experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, crawl, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and navigate stairs throughout the property.
• Positive attitude and a “can‑do” mindset.
