About the role
Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud Renuity company, as a Window Install Lead. You will install home remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure each project meets our high standards and customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
- Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
- Communicate with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner upon project completion.
Required profile
- 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
