Maintenance Technician – Revela

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that all physical aspects of the property – buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This entry‑level position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform corrective repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing issues and addressing them before they affect operations.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, completing pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs to ready units for leasing.
• Provide on‑call coverage and work weekends as required to maintain uninterrupted service.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on call for emergency situations.
