Maintenance Technician – Park Summit

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Park Summit property in San Diego. You will be responsible for keeping the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas in excellent condition, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs according to company policies.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the property’s physical assets.
• Adhere to established safety procedures and documentation standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic maintenance and make‑ready skills.
• Ability to work the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
