Maintenance Technician – Main Street Vista

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Main Street Vista – including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports the property during lease‑up and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep building systems operating efficiently.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for diagnosing mechanical and technical issues.
