About the role
This full‑time position ensures the physical aspects of the property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new lease‑ups and move‑ins.
- Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule in addition to regular Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm hours.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability with willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts.
- Ability to perform physical and mechanical tasks in a property management environment.
Required skills
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance
- Make‑ready preparation for vacant units
- Knowledge of safety standards and building codes
