About the role
The Community Manager for the Prose Canopy property will oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team and ensure the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and service goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day activities of the assigned property, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
