About the role
Greystar is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join The Summerfield during its lease‑up phase. You will help establish the community’s market presence while driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the community to prospective residents and increase market visibility.
- Drive occupancy rates and generate rental revenue.
- Support resident retention through excellent service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lease‑up process.
