Maintenance Technician (Level 3)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Maintenance Technician to join our community in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for keeping our properties safe, functional, and attractive for residents while working independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, replace faucets and toilets, operate sewer cleanout augers, and diagnose simple water leaks.
• Handle electrical tasks such as installing light fixtures, GFCI outlets, replacing breakers, fuses, switches, and outlets.
• Execute carpentry projects including building stairs, ramps, framing doors and windows, and installing landscaping timbers.
• Complete residential repairs: flooring, siding, skirting, door and window installation, drywall, and painting.
• Maintain curb appeal by trash removal, lawn mowing, planting, weeding, and general groundskeeping.
• Read water meters, finish work orders promptly, conduct inventory checks, and adhere to safety regulations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in residential/commercial property maintenance or related technical fields.
• 3+ years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience.
• Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb.
