Maintenance Technician

About the role

Village Green is seeking an immediate Maintenance Technician to join its property management team. The role focuses on delivering timely, high‑quality maintenance services across multifamily housing units while providing friendly, customer‑oriented support to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders and special projects promptly.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service requests.
• Execute apartment turn tasks including drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies and service requests as directed by management.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal, perform housekeeping duties, and handle snow removal when needed.
• Service pools, spas, and surrounding areas where applicable.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in hotel or multifamily housing maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and basic computer proficiency.
• Availability for on‑call duties and weekend work.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing, electrical, or contracting are a plus.
