About the role

The hotel seeks a full‑time Maintenance Technician to ensure all facilities operate smoothly and guest areas remain in top condition.

Key responsibilities

Respond to service calls within 30 minutes and complete daily work orders efficiently.
Maintain pools, filters, pumps, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems.
Adjust televisions, replace light bulbs, ballasts, air filters, and repair vacuum cleaners promptly.
Clean grounds, garages and parking lots as needed.

Required profile

Previous hotel engineering experience covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen and general building construction.
Vocational training, associate degree, certification or apprenticeship in relevant trades; required state licensure where applicable.
Strong communication skills and high work ethic.
