About the role

Landmark Hospitality seeks reliable Maintenance Technicians to keep its iconic venues and properties in top condition. The role involves general upkeep, landscaping, and pool maintenance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

Maintain property cleanliness, gardens, lawns, pathways, fences, and equipment.
Perform plumbing, carpentry, minor painting, carpet cleaning, and pool upkeep tasks.
Handle landscaping duties and grounds cleanup, including tool and equipment management.

Required profile

Physical ability to stand, squat, lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, carry, climb ladders and work overhead.
Availability for 8‑10 hour shifts, including weekends.
